CLAIMS INSTRUCTIONS
If you have a claim to report or wish to speak with us about a loss, you can contact us in any of the following ways:

Option One:
If you have a police report and want to report a claim via Fax please send it to area code 305 telephone 221-1451. Our fax is on 24 hours a day. Once we receive the police report we will call you to confirm and ask questions needed to report your claim. We will give you the adjuster's name and your claim number once reported. The insurance company will be in touch with you.
You may also attach the police report please and we will follow option one procedure above.
Option Two:
If you want to report via Phone please give us a call at area code 305 telephone 221-1471 and we will get the details of your claim.
If the insurance company you have prefers that you report the claim, we will provide you with the company's phone number for claim reporting and you will have to report the claim directly to them.
If you are reporting a claim under a Commercial policy, Commercial Auto, Marine or Professional Liability policy you must call our office first, we will take the necesary information, report it to the company and inform you once we have the claim information (adjuster name, contact number and claim number, etc.)
