CLAIMS INSTRUCTIONS

Option One:

Likely your insurer prefers or requires that you yourself report the claim, please call the company's phone number for claim reporting shown in your policy document.

Option Two:

If you have the police report and want to report a claim via Fax please send it to area code 305 telephone 261-5101 then call 261-5100. Our fax is on 24 hours a day.

Option Three:

If you are reporting a claim under a Commercial policy, Commercial Auto, Marine or Professional Liability policy you must call our office first, we will take the necesary information and report it to the insurer.
